Athelite Player Development baseball lessons are a great way to give your son,daughter or small group that personalized feel that you might want that you didnt receive from our camps or team practice.
This is where the APD staff member can really get into detail about a topic that you might have learned at one of our camps or practice and did not fully understand.
We use many avenues for learning such as :
Video breakdown , Hitting specific resistant training , Catchermtrx Training and many more advanced ways of teaching the game of baseball.
We offer many training options such as :
An APD staff member assisting you ( the coach ) at your teams practice .We will assist in practice planning and making a practice more time efficient.
