Our Sports Specific Performance Training is second to none .Our programs consist of one on one Speed and Power training, Speed and Power camps and  Coaches Seminars .All of our Staff members are CPR Certified as well as certified in their field of body function .Our one on one Training is a tremendous way to give your young athlete that personalized session that they deserve .These sessions are recommended for the more serious athlete. Our Speed and Power Camps are a great way to introduce a young athlete or team to the field of body function and sports performance .Its a great way to teach a larger group the importance of strength and body maintenance .Our Coaches Seminar portion of our Sports Performance is the key to making our young athletes better athletes…This is where our highly educated and qualified staff teach you, the parent /coach a more organized sports specific dynamic stretching routine, agility routine and basic strength routine .which in turn will bridge the knowledge gap between the pros and the young athletes .In all of our sports performance events listed above , we will hit on topics such as injury prevention , stretching routines ,correct running form ,arm maintenance , do’s and dont’s of training ,in season and off season training ,core strength ,the mental part of training , The “C – Factor” ,basic agility/plyometric drills ,ground up power ,body function and much more.
