Sept 2006 – Chris Reyes becomes Long Island University Catching Coach and starts to introduce drills that include catching drills incorporated with plyometrics to his catchers at school . And the two were a great combination
May 2008- Danny Etkin (LIU Catcher) receives NEC All Conference Honors . (Catchermtrx’s first student )
July 2008 – Danny Ektin Signs a professional contract to play in Texas.(Catchermtrx first Pro player)
July 2008- LIU signs Tyler Jones to be a catcher at LIU.
Dec 2008 – Chris Kievet (LIU Catcher) Receives Pre Season NEC All Conference Honors.
Jan 2009 – LIU signs Mathew Valle to catch at LIU. Mathew is the nephew of former Major League Catcher and The MLB Networks Dave Valle .
May 2009 – Chris Reyes Patents/Copyrights “Catchermtrx” name and program.Begins to create The new world for catchers.
May 2009 – Catchermtrx partners with LIU Head strength coach Richard James to help create the “strength” portion of Catchermtrx.
June 2009 – Chris Reyes speaks about Catchermtrx at Blue Chip Prospects Underclassman Showcase at Jack Cust Diamond Nation.
June 2009 – Chris Reyes Speaks about and performs Catchermtrx drills at Riseball Softball Camp in Edison NJ.
October 2009 – Chris Reyes works with first girl in Catchermtrx history – Kristen Solari
January 2010- Chris Reyes performs Catchermtrx drills at Long Island Titans baseball Org. Winter workouts. Ronkonkoma New York.
March 2010 – Chris Reyes and Catchermtrx teams up with USA Athletes International to coach their Collegiate National Team heading to Curacao in June 2011.
July 2010 – Chris Reyes joins Jay Nelson ( Head Softball Coach Rutgers University) to discuss Catchermtrx drills to 20 softball players at The Riseball Softball camp in Edison New Jersey.
August 2010 – Chris Reyes introduces the iCatch clothing line.
September 2010 – Tyler Jones is ranked 23rd prospect in the Atlantic Collegiate Baseball League by Perfect Games Crosschecker Allan Simpson.
November 2010 – Chris Reyes performs CatcherMtrx drills at The Advanced Catchers Clinic in Long Island New York
December 2010- Tyler Jones is ranked 19th on Perfect Games NY 2011 draft list compiled by Allan Simpson.Jones was labeled as a type 3 player that is projected to be an 11th – 25th round pick in the 2011 MLB Draft.
February 2011 – Long Island University starting catcher and CatcherMtrx student – Tyler Jones is announced as the Northeast Conference best defensive catcher by Baseball America.He was also announced to the preseason All-NEC first team.
March 2011 – Baseball America tabs Tyler Jones as the #2 draft prospect in the North East Conference
March 2011 – Tyler Jones is awarded The Akadema NorthEast Conference Baseball player of the week award
April 2011 – Tyler Jones is named to the College Baseball 360 Primetime Weekly Honor Roll
May 2011 – Chris Reyes and CatcherMtrx begins training their first ever lefty catcher
May 2011 – Catcher Tyler Jones is named The 2011 Male Athlete of the Year at Long Island University

June 2011 – Tyler Jones is named to ABCA D1 Regional 1st Team
July 2011 – Chris Reyes discusses and performs CatcherMtrx drills at The Riseball Softball Camp with The Coaches from Long Island University,Rutgers University and St. Johns University and other High Level Collegiate coaches.
August 2011 – Chris Reyes performs CatcherMtrx Drills at The BlueChip Prospects Underclassman Showcase at Stony Brook University Long Island .
November 2011- Day 1 of The CatcherMtrx and Advanced Catchers Clinic at The Center Island Sports Facility – Ronkonkoma NY – On staff will be coaches from St Johns University,Fordham University,Stony Brook University Etc- Scouts from The Philidephia Phillies and New York Mets.As well as former and current Minor and Major Leaguers.
November 2011 – Chris Reyes Performs CatcherMtrx Drills and Philosophy to Softball Players at The RiseBall Softball camp at Diamond Nation,Flemington NJ. He was accompanied by coaches from Rutgers,Uconn,Long Island University,St Johns and more
January 2012 – Tyler Jones is tabbed as The 2012 NorthEast Conference Preseason Player of the year.
March 2012- CatcherMtrx Philosophy and program is introduced to the baseball Catchers at Tottenville High School – Staten Island NY
