Athelite Player Development Speed and Power Program- We train athletes in all sports including Baseball,Softball,Football,Basketball etc. As well as collegiate athletes on their offseason .

Core Stability , Sports Specific movements , Ground Up Strength , First Step Quickness ,Plyometrics , Sprinting and Running form , Leg Drive , Athletic Posture, Hip Flexibility , “Pre-Hab So you Don’t  Have to Rehab” , Proper Lifting Form , Enhancing Fast Twitch Muscles , Nutrition and Eating tips for Pre Game/ Post Game /Pre Workout , Hydration Do’s and Dont’s , The C- Factor , and much more.

When: Our Programs run year round because there is no off season when it comes to conditioning and staying ahead of the competition. Our Winter Speed and Power program kicks off on November 1st  and runs for 10 weeks . Classes will be conducted by the following age groups. Why: Our Goal at Athelite Player Development Inc  is to bridge the knowledge gap with local athletes who aspire to succeed, not just in sports but in life. We have been fortunate to have been taught and instructed by elite coaches who had a positive impact on every aspect of our lives, so we want to share those experiences with young athletes so they can also benefit. The key is to teach young athletes the fundamentally correct way to train for their chosen sport to avoid serious injury so their dreams can become a reality. Speed… Strength… Agility… Explosiveness… every athlete wishes they had more of it. Most athletes do, they just haven’t been taught how to maximize their ability and potential. That’s where A.P.D. comes in.

A.P.D. specializes in making athletes faster, stronger, more agile and explosive. It’s a place where everyone who walks through our doors is trained and treated like an elite athlete.
